The PPACW 2025 Showcase is your golden ticket to make it happen!  You will have a wonderful chance to see over 1,200 Distributors and Clients within the four hours of the PPACW Showcase. 

Event Details:

• Booth Set Up: Wednesday, March 19, 2025 10am-4pm & Thursday, March 20, 2025 7am-9:30am.
  
• Showcase Date: Thursday, March 20, 2025 (10am-2pm)
• Location: Renaissance Convention Center, Schaumburg, IL Hotel is located connected to the Renaissance.  Hotel and Showcase Events are all in ONE location. 
  
• Membership Dues: Ensure your 2025 Membership Dues are paid or renew during booth registration.

6. Concessions will be open on the Showcase floor for purchase.  We do have the option to have a Box Lunch delivered to your Booth around noon on Showcase day.  Please note that the price is $60/box lunch.  We tried to negotiate this price with the venue however they did not budge.  The Showcase Committee would like to offer the box lunches as a paid option during your Booth registration in case you are working your booth alone and will not have a chance to go directly to the Concessions area. 
   

How to Register:

1. Ensure your 2025 Membership Dues are paid or renew during booth registration.
2. Reserve your booth space early to secure the best location on the Showcase floor.  Register NOW
   
3. Set up your booth on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, and join us for the Pre-Show Party.  Final Booth set up is Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 7am-9:30am.  All Booths must be ready to go by 9:30am. 
   
4. Showcase your products on March 20, 2025, and make lasting impressions.
